... While flowers drew her, it was All Books & Co. that nabbed retired teacher Echo Wade. "I fell in love with the shop. It reminds me of stepping into Norman Rockwell’s world," she said from behind her post at the cash register. "The people who come in here are such interesting, intelligent people, and I just love the shop for that. I’ve made some lifelong friends here."
As is typical in Summerville shops, people who may be strangers eavesdrop and join in conversations. All Books & Co. promotes that with its adjoining coffee shop and meeting area for writers.
